Wisdom Circles are support for relieving the various complications of trauma, through a variety of experiences that have proven effective through research. The most potent support by these circles is the power of the group; sitting together, offering kindness and care. Sometimes, just the smallest adjustments to our self care, can be enough to feel more alive and energized.
Each class is supported by researched modalities of mental health:: MindBody Centering Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Polyvagal Theory, Body Mind Centering, Expressive Writing, Positive Psychology, C- PTSD research from Van de Kolk @ Trauma Institute and EFT.
Part 1
A 4-week basic introduction to MindBody Centering…exactly what is inferred. This course quietly offers a blank canvas for tensions that create pain and suffering in our personhood and practices to ease such. For female-identifying persons.
Part 2
A 7-week investment of detailed approaches to body, mind, heart coherence: what is rusty, what is avoided, what is wounded/aggressive, blocking feeling good about ourselves living the wisdom principles of success. For female-identifying persons.
Part 3
a 10-week Mastery course to support creating sustainable, ethical infrastructure for personal aspirations through 10 promises: kindness, caring, cleanliness, sharing, power, truth, love, purity, self-realization and the sacred. Open to all persons.
